Annette Chay

President and CEO. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree with a minor in Physics, and enrolled in graduate programs at WPI, Santa Clara University, and Stanford University. 

Mr. Chay has over 10 years of engineering, sales, marketing, and management experience with IBM, Intel, and Samsung. 

After working for the fortune 500 companies, he worked as CEO for over 15 years including dealing with various venture capital firms and private investors to fund startup companies in Oregon and California. He was the CEO of a software development company, WireX/Immunix, to develop Linux related security and applications products winning multiple design-ins with top tier high-tech OEMs such as Dell, HP/Compaq, and IBM.

For the past 15 years, Mr. Chay has successfully completed various real estate investment, development, and construction projects to include agricultural, residential, and retail commercial properties. 

Since 2015, together with his wife Annette, Mr. Chay has successfully launched a cider/winery operation to produce, market, and distribute cider, wine, and beer products. 

Managing Director and COO, President of Retail Operations, a native of Milwaukie, Oregon, received a BS in Business Management from Portland State University. 

Ms. Sirianni has been a consistent top sales performer in both consumer and high-tech industries with extensive client relationship experience for over 25 years. During this time, she has closed a multitude of multi-million dollar major sales deals and business development transactions with fortune 500 companies such as McDonald's, IBM, Dell, CompuServe, EPSON, and HP/Compaq. She served as the vice president of sales and major accounts development for various companies.  She was a licensed real estate broker for both Oregon and California.
